The Biggin Hill Way

The ethos of Biggin Hill Primary School is underpinned by five core values, created collaboratively by staff and pupils: Positivity, Respect, Inclusivity, Discovery and Endeavour. Together, these values represent a shared commitment to taking PRIDE in every aspect of school life and form the foundation of what is known as the Biggin Hill Way. These values guide behaviour, learning and relationships across the whole school community. They encourage children to approach challenges with optimism, treat others with kindness and dignity, celebrate diversity, explore new ideas with curiosity, and approach all tasks with determination and resilience.

Throughout their time at Biggin Hill Primary School, children work towards becoming ambassadors of the Biggin Hill Way. This journey allows them to take growing responsibility for demonstrating the school’s values in both learning and conduct, fostering a strong sense of personal responsibility, community belonging and pride in their achievement.
